“Homebuying is a major decision!”  That scares some people away.  Actually,we have come a long way since riding all week in a car to find out what is available in your price range.  You can browse in the comfort of your own home and see the inside and out of homes. Our websites provide you with more community information than some residents know.

Use a reputable and respected Lender and find out how much home you can comfortably afford.  Next, tell us what you really want in a home.  Tell us what you really need in a home.  Tell us what you want to be near.  Tell us how far you are willing to drive to work.  In other words, the more we know….the easier we can make your home finding experience!

When we know what you want and what you can afford, we show you the homes that come closest to your dream! We research data to find out what price and terms might be acceptable to the Seller in current market conditions.  We give you a payment and cash need estimate before we write the offer.  We answer ALL of your questions and make certain you are comfortable with your selection.  When you are excited and happy with the decision we fill out a purchase agreement and work toward a contract.  When you and the seller agree on all the terms, we handle the paper work with your banker, closing attorneys, and other real estate service companies to make things go smoothly.

This should be a fun process and we work hard to make sure it is!  We want you to have many happy years and happy memories in your very own home.  After all, that is the AMERICAN DREAM!
